Mark's web presence nothing very exciting, just some guy's web presence

I'm Head of Library Systems at Simon Fraser University. I also maintain digitizationblog and drupalib.

I've also written a book titled Putting Content Online: A Practical Guide for Libraries.

This site is home to my personal (i.e., non-digitization) blog and to whatever else I decide to put up here. I am also using it to experiment with Drupal, an excellent but sometimes frustrating open source content management system that has just the right balance of flexibility and inflexibility to make it interesting.
